The leader of a woman-owned small business, Haught supports critical supply chains and leads a team that manages complex and time-sensitive freight for aviation, energy, manufacturing, food and beverage, and disaster-relief organizations. She spent six years with Haught Transportation Resources before becoming president of HTR Logistics in 2021. Haught received the Women in Supply Chain Award from Food Logistics and Supply and Demand Chain Executive in 2023 and 2025 and serves on the boards of the Chesapeake Bay Wine Classic Foundation, Crush Cancer, and LIFT Fitness Foundation. She uses her platform to support and encourage women who are navigating industries where they may be the only female in the room.
GREATEST PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT: My most significant professional accomplishment has been redefining what leadership looks like in one of the most male-dominated industries in the country.
