A graduate of Christopher Newport University and Regent University School of Law, Palmer focuses on labor and employment law, personnel policies, employment litigation and name, image and likeness (NIL) issues in college sports. He serves as president of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and was the first Black editor-in-chief of the Regent University Law Review.
KEY TO MY SUCCESS: I am acutely aware of the many sacrifices and investments that others have made so that I can have the opportunities that are currently before me. I view it as my responsibility to not only honor that investment, but to pay it forward as I seek to serve and improve my community.
SOMETHING SURPRISING ABOUT ME: For most of my life, I aspired to work in the music industry. It is still a great passion of mine, even though my primary audience is now just my wife and kids.
