ASRC Federal, the Reston-based federal contractor and subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional, has a new president and CEO, Mike Manzo. He succeeds Jennifer Felix, who led the business for six years.
According to ASRC’s announcement Friday, Felix decided to leave for personal reasons. Manzo was most recently the head of the company’s defense and intelligence operating group, and he previously worked for General Dynamics in several senior roles and as vice president and general manager of General Dynamics Information Technology. He joined ASRC Federal in 2025.
“I’ve had the extraordinary privilege of leading an incredible ASRC Federal team for the past six years,” Felix wrote on LinkedIn. “Now I have the pleasure of passing the baton to Mike Manzo and moving onto a much welcome break. I am proud of what our team has accomplished — consistently delivering record earnings year after year and doubling the business, while also building tremendous capabilities and a talented workforce to take the company into the future. There’s never a perfect time to leave an organization and team you love. Still, I’ve decided to leave on a high note knowing there’s a seasoned leadership team in place and another record year in sight.”
A subsidiary of an Alaska Native corporation, ASRC Federal employs about 8,000 people and serves more than 30 U.S. government agencies. Earlier this month, ASRC Federal Facilities & Logistics, one of ASRC Federal’s subsidiaries, was awarded a $1.5 billion, 10-year contract to manage supply chains for three Air Force logistics complexes in Oklahoma, Utah and Georgia.
“I am extremely honored and proud to lead ASRC Federal during this time of positive momentum and growth,” Manzo said in a statement. “ASRC Federal is in a strong position to deliver broad expertise and innovative solutions to U.S. defense and civilian service missions with speed and precision.”
