He has secured multiple defense jury verdicts in recent years and previously served as chair of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys’ Medical Malpractice Section. A University of Richmond bachelor’s and law grad, Pierce regularly speaks at educational events and conferences, helping health care professionals better understand legal risks and how to protect themselves in their daily practice.
