When Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate closed on eight Northern Virginia medical office buildings on June 17, 2025, they added nearly 800,000 square feet of outpatient clinical space — properties clustered around Inova Health’s flagship Fairfax campus — to what is already the nation’s largest private healthcare real estate portfolio. Newmark arranged both the $214 million sale and the acquisition financing.
