At $142 million for eight buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet near Richmond International Airport, Eastport Industrial Park’s October 2025 sale was the Richmond region’s largest industrial deal of the year. Equus Capital Partners, which purchased the 86-acre Henrico County complex for $139 million in early 2022, sold to Boston-based Rockpoint at 97% occupancy — a testament to Richmond’s tightening industrial market.
