Rockpoint paid $130.3 million for this three-building Tysons office campus in 2017. Amazon HQ2 developer JBG Smith paid $42.3 million for it in May 2025 — less than a third of that price and the REIT’s first pure-play office acquisition outside of Arlington County’s National Landing in recent years. JBG Smith plans to redevelop one of the three buildings for residential use while enhancing and modernizing the other two.
