Citizant, a provider of IT management consulting and enterprise software solutions to the U.S. government, is moving its headquarters to the Washington Technology Park building in the Westfields Office Park in Chantilly.
Citizant signed a long-term lease last week for more than 18,000 square feet in the building at 15000 Conference Center Drive, which is owned by Corporate Office Properties Trust. Steve Hubberman and Chris O’Brien at Serten Advisors served as Citizant’s real estate advisors during the year-long search for new office space.
“These new offices will provide a more modern, efficient, effective, and flexible environment … All members of our team have worked responsibly to produce an excellent agreement with COPT that benefits Citizant’s employees and stakeholders and sets the stage for a positive, long-term leasing relationship,” Alba M. Alemán, the CEO of Citizant, said in a statement.
OTJ Architects and KGO Project Management are partnering to design the space and will manage the buildout and move. DFS Construction Corp. will serve as the project’s general contractor. Construction already has begun on the new offices, which Citizant plans to occupy in November.
