Todd leads a team at Cary Street Partners that manages more than $160 million in assets. A certified financial planner, she’s grown her practice 20% year-over-year the past three years. In 2018, Todd received the Virginia Tech Outstanding Recent Alumnus award.

WHERE I SEE MYSELF IN 10 YEARS: Continuing to grow as a leader in financial planning while expanding the impact of my team and practice. I aim to mentor and inspire the next generation of professionals — especially women — helping them build ethical, client-centered practices of their own.

SOMETHING SURPRISING ABOUT ME: I went on a horseback riding safari in Kenya. Navigating the wildlife and terrain was thrilling — and even more so because I was working with a horse that had its own opinions about the journey! The experience was both humbling and fun, and it reminded me that patience, careful planning and a sense of humor are essential — whether you’re on safari or helping clients navigate their financial futures.
