The $15.1 million land sale to acquire 98.15 acres along the Elizabeth River in Chesapeake was relatively modest — but what LS GreenLink USA plans to build on it is anything but. The March 25, 2025, acquisition sets the stage for LS Greenlink to build a nearly $700 million, 750,000-square-foot advanced cable manufacturing facility, including a 660-foot tower that would be the tallest structure in Virginia.
