CrossCountry Consulting acquires Arlington’s Dupont Circle Solutions

McLean-based business advisory firm has acquired ‘s , a -focused technology firm, according to a Wednesday announcement.

Founded in 2015, Dupont Circle Solutions has more than 60 employees. They will join 15 CrossCountry Consulting Salesforce employees, according to a company spokesperson. The combined Salesforce practice will be led by Ben and Erin Hatten, co-founders and managing partners of Dupont Circle Solutions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“What Ben, Erin and the entire Dupont Circle Solutions team have built is truly exceptional,” CrossCountry Consulting CEO Neil Smith said in a statement. “They combine deep technical and business expertise with a relentless focus on delivering results, and they’ve earned an outstanding reputation with clients.”

Smith described Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management tool, as a “leading platform for how companies manage and grow their businesses.”

Cross Country Consulting plans to combine its expanded Salesforce capabilities with its advisory services and AI solutions to help clients move faster and operate more effectively. “This is especially meaningful for our private equity clients and their portfolio companies, where speed, execution and value creation matter most,” Smith added.

CrossCountry Consulting has more than 1,600 employees and eight U.S. offices, as well as locations in Canada, Ireland, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa and the United Kingdom. It provides specialized advisory and technology services and serves as an adviser to Fortune 500 companies, emerging growth companies and private equity firms.

“Joining CrossCountry expands what we can offer our clients, bringing dedicated Salesforce advisory and implementation expertise to their broader set of finance, risk and transaction services,” Erin Hatten said in a statement.

In March, CrossCountry Consulting announced its acquisition of California consulting firm CNM, adding 200 employees.
