ROWVA Properties LLC has bought a 38,976-square-foot building in Richmond for $1.3 million.
The commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said the freestanding three-story building at 501 Oliver Hill Way was purchased from Richmond Art Colony LLC as an investment.
Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
