Men’s Warehouse renews space in Henrico County

Men’s Wearhouse has renewed an 18,000-square-foot lease for a Henrico County warehouse located at 4317 November Ave. Brett McNamee, senior vice president of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.  The warehouse is used for the retailer’s tuxedo storage and servicing.
