Suntiva has several U.S. departments as clients

Tysons-based government and defense contractor LMI acquired Falls Church-based Suntiva, it announced Tuesday.
Suntiva is a technology-enabled solutions company focused in the public health and defense markets. The acquisition provides LMI with new customer access, particularly the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Defense Information Systems Agency and the U.S. Army.
LMI President and CEO Doug Wagoner said in a statement, “This acquisition enhances our transformative solutions and expands expertise across a broader federal landscape to serve our clients better. LMI and Suntiva share a strong culture and mission focus, a commitment to sterling ethics and a people-first mindset.”
The addition of Suntiva employees bring LMI’s workforce total to more than 2,000 consultants.
“Our employees are passionate about their work and bring real world experience to their clients’ missions,” Hany Malik, president and CEO of Suntiva, said in a statement. “This acquisition enhances our ability to serve our nation through an expanded set of capabilities.”
