MY ADVICE FOR NEW COLLEGE GRADS: Stay curious and open to learning — not just about work, but about people. Travel the world, challenge your perspective and embrace different cultures. Take ownership early.
ON INTEGRATING AI: Integrating AI into the business model is essential for scaling excellence and unlocking new value. But it’s equally important to learn how to use it with purpose — to empower people, enhance decision-making and optimize processes while preserving culture, intent and customer impact. AI should elevate, not replace.
WORDS I LIVE BY: Always focus on what you can control.
DID YOU KNOW? Lego Group has hired over 500 workers for its $1 billion Chesterfield County manufacturing campus, aiming for about 900 by year’s end to prepare for automated operations before a 2027 opening. The project, announced in 2022, will create 1,760 jobs. The Danish toymaker this summer also plans to begin construction on an 80-acre solar energy farm at its Chesterfield site.
