Integrating a single acquired company into a large organization is challenging enough. Over the past 15 years, Enochs has done so with 21 acquisitions including thousands of employees and millions of dollars in revenue.
Since 2002, Enochs has been with Marsh McLennan and its predecessor, Rutherfoord Agency, which the insurance provider acquired in 2010. In recent years, she has focused on streamlining technology products and aligning local offices on operational strategies to make work easier for sales and client management teams. Currently, she is helping consolidate 16 offices and more than 1,100 employees under a single agency management system, reducing redundancy and improving collaboration across business lines.
Enochs feels a responsibility to bring more women into leadership roles. To make that vision a reality, she works in talent acquisition, mentorship and leadership development.
After earning a degree in psychology from Concord University in West Virginia, Enochs received a master’s degree in psychology from Radford University, with a specialization in industrial and organizational psychology. Earlier in her career, Enochs worked in human resources at Carilion Clinic, and she serves on the board of governors at Concord University.
