The operation will be at Carroll County Industrial Park, Gov. Terry McAuliffe said in a statement.
Vanguard Furniture is a family-owned company that employs 500 people. It currently has five manufacturing buildings in Conover, N.C., and a 40,000-square-foot showroom in High Point, N.C. The company offers high-end upholstery and case goods.
