On behalf of a unit of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. General Services Administration has renewed a 30,139-square-foot lease for five years at Sunrise Technology Park in Reston.
The Colliers International Government Solutions team represented the building owner, Brookfield Office Properties Inc., in the transaction.
The National Targeting Center-Passenger unit screens inbound and outbound airline passengers and shipping cargo to protect the U.S. from terrorist threats. The unit works in conjunction with other Department of Homeland Security divisions
