William Hard has been elected to the board of directors of the Tysons Partnership.
Hard is an executive vice president at LCOR, a Pennsylvania-based firm, which is developing “The Commons,” Tysons' largest residential development to date. The 2.6 million-square-foot project will include seven high-rise apartment buildings with 2,571 units located near the McLean/Tysons East Metro Station.
Hard is the senior executive for LCOR’s office in Bethesda, Md., responsible for the firm’s Washington, D.C. metropolitan area development activity.
The Tysons Partnership an association of community, business and community leaders, is working to transform Tysons from a suburban community into a walkable city. The organization was created by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors in 2011.
