CBRE|Richmond said Monday that Surry Building Associates LC, an entity managed and operated by Robinson Development Group Inc., has sold the Surry Building at 1601 Rolling Hills Drive in Henrico County for $1.8 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The two-story, Class B, 33,578-square-foot office building is located across from Henrico Doctors’ Hospital Forest Campus and is close to retail and hotel amenities.
CBRE|Richmond’s Will Bradley and David Wilkins represented the owner, RDG, in the transaction.
