Stafford County industrial building sold for $2 million

A 60,000-square-foot industrial building in Stafford County has sold for $2 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced last week.

Dallas-based Americo Real Estate Co. purchased the building at 112 Juliad Court, off Route 17, from Juliad Court LLC as an investment.

Virgil G. Nelson and Adam Nelson handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
