S. L. Nusbaum Realty announces leases and other deals
StarTek Inc., a Denver, Colo.-based global provider of business process outsourcing services, has leased 41,280 square feet of retail space at Waterlick Plaza Shopping Center in Lynchburg. Nathan Shor of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk represented the landlord.
EOS Surfaces has leased 15,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 701- B W. 24th Street in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker and Bill Overman represented the tenant.
In a sales transaction, Lee Hall Plaza purchased 1.8 acres at 2212 Campostella Road in Chesapeake from R & J Hotel Management Inc. for $1 million. John Wessling and Bill Overman represented the seller.
