A 152,799-square-foot industrial warehouse facility in Ridgeway has been sold for $1.4 million.

LamTech VA Real Estate LLC purchased the property, located on 19 acres, from CrystalGate Associates. The facility previously was a WestRock facility.

Norman Moon and George Lupton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled negotiations on behalf of the seller.
