The Radford University Foundation Inc. has retained Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer as the exclusive sale representative for Radford University Corporate Park. The 106,000-square-foot office park is located on about 15 acres in a park-style setting overlooking the New River.
Adjacent to the park at 6226 University Park Drive in Radford is an additional 41.4 acres of undeveloped land. Currently at the site is a three-story office building occupied by some university affiliated and non-university affiliated offices.
The Radford University Foundation said in a statement that “based upon some serious inquiries and a normalization of the commercial markets we are investigating our options.”
The park offers onsite parking, an exercise room and dining and banquet facilities. John K. Nielsen of Thalhimer said its location on US 11 and near I-81 makes it an attractive redevelopment opportunity.
