Personify Inc. (formerly known as TMA Resources Inc.) is staying put in its Vienna headquarters. In a new long-term lease negotiated by Cresa Washington D. C., the company agreed to a restructure of its terms for 30,000 square feet at 1919 Gallows Road, a property owned by Tishman Speyer.
“After close to a year of due diligence and an evaluation of the outside market, Personify elected to remain within the Tishman Speyer property and lower its occupancy costs a year-and-a-half in advance, while attaining monies to upgrade its work environment,” Cresa Washington, D.C. ,Principal Jon Olmstead said in a statement.
Founded in 1996, Personify provides software, consulting, interactive Web and cloud hosting solutions for associations and other non-profit organizations.
