David M. Keys has been named vice president of Richmond-based Matrix Capital Markets Group. Matrix also has promoted Cedric C. Fortemps to company director.
Previously, Keys was a vice president of Richmond-based Harris Williams & Co. He joins four other Matrix personnel who serve as vice presidents.
Fortemps joins Spencer Cavalier, Matrix’s other director.
Matrix Capital Markets Group is an investment bank that provides merger & acquisition and financial advisory services for privately companies.
