The U.S. Navy awarded Reston-based Fortune 500 federal contractor Leidos Holdings Inc. a $149.2 million contract to provide services and supplies for the Naval Array Technical Support Center facility’s operations, the Department of Defense announced Thursday.

The majority of the work on the contract will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island; Reston and Virginia Beach. The contract is expected to be completed in November 2025. The Navy plans to obligate $13.8 million for the first task order in the contract.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division received four bids for the contract, according to the DOD.

With annual revenues of $11.09 billion last year and 37,000 employees, Leidos specializes in technology and engineering services for defense agencies.
