Land sold in Stafford County for $2.6 million

SAFStor Jefferson LLC has purchased a 2.89-acre property in Stafford County for $2.625 million.

The property, which was purchased from Satish Patel, fronts Interstate 95 and Route 1. It will be used for new development.
