DID YOU KNOW? Work is underway on a new 270,000-square-foot, six-story headquarters for Hitt Contracting in Falls Church. Virginia Tech’s Coalition for Smart Construction will occupy 40,000 square feet on the building’s ground floor with a research and innovation lab. Roy has called the building “a beacon of what’s possible when curiosity, ingenuity and determination fuse to create a new vision.” Slated to open in early 2027, the headquarters is located near the West Falls Church Metro Station,
allowing easy access for Hitt’s 1,000-plus team members.
