Wilton Northgate Company LLC has purchased Northgate Center in Henrico County for $2.6 million as an investment, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

The 35,483-square-foot flex center is situated on 9.13 acres at 8002-8030 Staples Mill Road. It was purchased from Northgate Associates LLC.

Gregg W. Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and will also act as leasing representative for available space within the center.
