A Richmond-based health-care law firm said Wednesday it has merged with a New York law practice and shortened its name.
Hancock Daniel, formerly known as Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle (HDJN), says it has combined with New York-based Centolella Green Law, which has offices in Syracuse and midtown Manhattan. Centolella Green Law is a health-care, tax, and business law firm.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In addition to the New York locations, Hanock Daniel also has offices in Richmond; Fairfax; Virginia Beach; Nashville and Johnson City, Tenn and Columbia, S.C.
Hancock Daniel was founded in 2003.
