Colliers' Richmond office announces two executive VP, one senior VP

Commercial real estate firm Colliers International’s Richmond office has promoted three employees to executive leadership positions, the company announced Friday.
Will Bradley has been promoted to executive vice president. Bradley leads the Richmond office and the industrial investment sales team, specializing in institutional grade investment real estate. In the past two years he has handled more than 20 investment sale transactions totaling almost $250 million. He became the principal of Colliers Virginia in 2017 and two years later became a member of the Virginia board of directors. Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Richmond.
David Wilkins was also promoted to executive vice president. Wilkins has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and has worked with owners, occupiers and developers. During the past two years Wilkins has handled more than 100 transactions totaling $150 million. He was named principal of Colliers Virginia in 2007 and is a member of the Virginia board of directors. Wilkins earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.
Wood Thornton was promoted to senior vice president and has been with Colliers since 2011. Thornton has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on office and industrial users and owners in leasing and sales transactions. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Richmond.
Colliers International is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but has offices in Charlottesville, Norfolk and Richmond. The company operates in 68 countries and has 14,000 employees. In 2018, its corporate revenues were $2.8 billion.
