Clark Simpson has joined the Colliers Hampton Roads brokerage team as senior vice president, the global real estate company announced earlier this month.
He’s responsible for expanding Colliers investment sales presence throughout the Hampton Roads, Richmond and the southeastern Virginia regions.

In 2011, Simpson founded the Commonwealth Property Group, a Norfolk-based real estate investment and property management firm where he led the acquisition and management of more than $20 million in multifamily and self-storage investment properties while also handling investment sales for clients.
After selling the business in 2019, Simpson he joined the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Capital Markets Team. There, he was responsible for investment sales totaling $240 million across asset classes that included office, multitenant retail and industrial/flex.
“We’re excited to welcome Clark to Colliers,” Jamie Thomas, executive managing director of Colliers Virginia, said in a news release. “His long-term relationships in the market and track record across multiple asset classes support our continued growth in Hampton Roads investment sales.”
