Building in Busch Corporate Center sells for $2.5 million

Atlantic Leasing Associates LLC purchased a 15,000-square-foot office building within the Busch Corporate Center in Williamsburg for $2.5 million. The seller of the building at 432 McLaws Circle was Leebcor Properties LLC.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the deal, Atlantic Leasing made the purchase as an investment.
Mark E. Douglas of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Andy Dallas, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
