Buena Vista building sells for $3.7 million

A 173,055-square-foot manufacturing/distribution building in Buena Vista has been sold for $3.7 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said NIBCO Inc. purchased the building, which sits on 25.15 acres at 3200 Green Forest Ave. in Buena Vista.

NIBCO, based in Elkhart, Ind., is manufacturer of valves, fittings and flow control devises. The company plans to use the Buena Vista site in expanding Virginia operations.

Kent Roberts of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, who was not identified.
