Fiorillo started his career at ECS in 1993 as a field technician, serving as chief operating officer before he was promoted to president in 2020.
Founded in 1988, ECS focuses on geotechnical, construction materials, environmental and facilities engineering. It has more than 80 offices and testing facilities in the U.S. and more than 2,200 employees.
Fiorillo leads the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies and manages overall operations. He also oversees the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing, among other duties.
A member of the U.S. Hunger board, Fiorillo earned his MBA from George Mason University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Auburn University.
