Molivadas oversees mid-Atlantic region properties for international commercial real estate company JLL. His decades of experience began in the late 1980s as a project manager, working for Sargis & Jones and Clark Construction. In 2000, he entered the brokerage world with Spaulding & Slye Colliers before the firm was acquired by JLL in 2005.
He’s said that being a concert venue security guard during college was his toughest job because “holding back crazy fans of Boston and Whitesnake was no easy task.”
In 2021, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network’s D.C. chapter presented Molivadas with its Game-Changer Award, recognizing an executive who consistently demonstrates commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
