Washington, D.C.-based Lee & Associates has brokered the $9 million sale of a 28,000-square-foot warehouse at 619 S. Pickett St. in Alexandria to Terreno Realty Corp.
The 1.27-acre site is adjacent to the Van Dorn Street Metro station.

The building features 26-foot ceilings, two outside loading docks, one drive-in bay, a truck court, a secured outdoor yard with parking, and a 6,600-square-foot cooler/refrigeration area.
