JBW Windsor Investment Company bought for $7.5 million Windsor I, a single-story office flex building at 8550 Magellan Parkway in the Windsor Business Park in the Richmond area, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Tuesday.

The 58,000-square-foot building was sold by Magellan Investors LLC, an affiliate of Fernau Leblanc Investment Partners of Bethesda, Maryland and John B. Levy & Company of Richmond.

Windsor I was built in 1999 and is completely occupied by Bon Secours Nursing School and Patterson Dental Supply. The building is one of six in the 62-acre Windsor Business Park.

Eric Robison, senior vice president of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and Thalhimer’s Evan Magrill handled the sale. Gregg W. Beck, also with Thalhimer, represented the buyer in the deal.
