The commercial real estate company JLL said Wednesday that Chicago-based IndCor Properties Inc. has signed two tenants to new leases totaling more than 280,000 square feet at the White Oak Distribution Center complex in Richmond.

Premier Fixtures, which designs, engineers and manufactures fixtures and displays to support retail stores, has leased 161,445 square feet in Building 300. Syncreon USA, a Michigan-based provider of integrated logistics services to global industries, now occupies 120,000 square feet in Building 100.

“We were brought on last fall to advise on this Class A facility after Hewlett Packard gave back nearly 370,000 square feet of space,” JLL Vice President Scott Keeton said in a statement. Keeton, along Managing Director Charlie Polk and Senior Vice President Jimmy Appich, represented IndCor on the lease transactions.

The White Oak Distribution Center complex, located a few miles from I-295 and I-64, is a three-building, Class A distribution warehouse located at 7001 Technology Blvd. in Sandston near Richmond International Airport. JLL is working to fill the remaining 88,555 square feet, one of only a few large, Class A industrial spaces currently available in the Richmond area.

IndCor currently owns and manages about 118 million square feet in more than 29 markets in 24 states. It was formed in 2010 as a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers and advisory firms.
