New York-based Kushner Cos. has purchased a 212-unit apartment complex in Williamsburg for $46 million, commercial real estate sales corporation Berkadia announced Thursday.

Spotswood Commons, located at 100 Glenburnie Road, was sold by Massachusetts-based The Dolben Company Inc. Drew White, senior managing director of Berkadia’s Washington, D.C., office, and Carter Wood, director of Berkadia’s Richmond office, completed the sale, which closed on June 8.

Kushner Cos. is led by the children of company founder Charles Kushner, including Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former President Donald Trump who served as a senior adviser in his administration. Dolben owned the property for nearly 20 years, according to White.
