Colliers International recently opened an office in Hampton Roads and has hired two people to staff it.
Christopher E. “Chris” Todd joined the office at 500 East Main St. in Norfolk as an office and investment specialist. He has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with brokerage, investment and private equity firms, including six years in the Hampton Roads market.
Covering the industrial market in Hampton Roads is James Clark Jr. who is relocating from the Richmond office. The office is in the BB&T Building in downtown Norfolk, where Colliers recently secured the leasing assignment for the 16-story, 231,107-square-foot building.
The Colliers International office in Hampton Roads is affiliated with the Colliers International | Richmond office. The addition of Todd brings the number of Colliers International employees in Central to Eastern Virginia to 40.
