Starbucks has leased a Virginia Beach site for its first drive-through only operation in Virginia.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said it represented Starbucks in a lease for 15,922 square feet on an unimproved parcel in front of the London Bridge Shopping Center at 2300 Virginia Beach Boulevard.
According to Thalhimer, the store’s opening is planned for later this month and will be their first drive-thru-only concept store Virginia.
Ed Kimple and David Machupa with Thalhimer handled lease negotiations for Starbucks. Robert M. Thornton, also with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, represented the landlord.
Thalhimer represents Starbucks in site selection throughout the state (excluding northern Virginia).
