Decisive Analytics Corp. (DAC) has signed a 10-year lease for a 24,667-square-foot relocation of its headquarters office.

According to Cresa Washington, D.C., which represented the company in the transaction, DAC will move to 1400 Crystal Drive in Arlington County’s Crystal City neighborhood, less than a mile from its current office.

An employee-owned company founded in 1996, DAC specializes in providing analytical solutions for government and private-sector clients.

The company plans to move from 1235 S. Clark St. on Oct. 1 to its new site.  “… Its new space will allow Decisive Analytics to operate more efficiently, providing it with ample room to grow,” Cresa Washington D.C. Managing Principal Tom Birnbach said in a statement.

The building is owned by Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises, which recently completed a $70 million redevelopment of 1400 Crystal Drive, transforming the 13-story building into a Class-A office property designed to LEED Gold standards. Amenities at the 308,000-square-foot building include a conference facility, fitness center and penthouse terrace.

DAC will occupy the entire top floor. In addition to the Washington metropolitan region, the firm has locations in Alabama, California, Colorado, Indiana and New York.
