RVA Commercial Real Estate opens in Richmond

Della G. Conti, a veteran real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience, has opened a new independent commercial real estate firm in the Richmond market. RVA Commercial Real Estate will specialize in tenant representation for the leasing and sales of local office, industrial and retail properties. A small portion of the business will be with landlord representation.

“The commercial market is getting stronger every day. Richmond has a need for a boutique brokerage company that can handle all facets of a client’s needs with personal attention,” Conti said in a press release.

Before starting her own firm, Conti worked for several real estate companies. She is the former vice president of development and leasing at Rowe Development. She also worked as a vice president and partner at Virginia Realty and Development and was a director at Advantis GVA. She spent the past three years working for Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate in Richmond.

Conti received the Costar Power Broker award in 2001. Professional affiliations include serving as president of the local chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management and as an officer of the local chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Management and the Innsbrook Owner’s Association.

RVA Commercial Real Estate has exclusive representation of 45,000 square of flex space at 8001 Staples Mill Road in Richmond, also known as Northgate Center, and 40,000 square feet of flex space at 3901-3930 Deep Rock Road in the Deep Rock Office Park in Henrico County.
