Norfolk-based commercial real estate firm adds three part owners.

Norfolk-based Colliers International Group Inc. has named three new principals in the firm, the company announced Monday.
Donald Crigger, executive vice president, and George “Hank” Hankins, senior vice president, and Charles Wentworth, senior vice president, are now part owners of the commercial real estate firm. Crigger and Hankins work in Colliers International Group’s Norfolk office and Wentworth is based in the Richmond office.
Crigger has worked in commercial real estate since 1987, specializing in office and medical office brokerage. He served as board chair for Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads, and currently serves on the executive committee for Virginia Beach Vision.
Hankins, who specializes in multifamily property sales, also was a principal in Croatan Investments, leading its acquisitions team as it closed $125 million in multifamily property transactions in Virginia over a two-year period.
Wentworth has been in commercial real estate since 2007 and focuses on multifamily acquisitions and sales in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He was previously with Apartment Realty Advisors (now ARA Newmark) in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Colliers International operates in 68 countries with 14,000 employees. Its annual corporate revenues are $2.8 billion.
