Kansas City-based RREEF Property Trust has announced the acquisition of Loudoun Gateway I in Sterling for almost $22 million.
The real estate investment trust says the Class-A, 102,015 square-foot office building is its first acquisition in the Washington, DC metro-area and increases the fund’s geographic diversity.
RREEF Property Trust says the property, located at the intersection of Route 28 and Old Ox Road, is fully leased. It is three miles north of Washington Dulles International Airport and less than two miles from the Phase II extension of the Silver Line, which will extend the Metrorail 11.5 miles beyond Dulles and into Loudoun County.
RREEF Property Trust primarily focuses on U.S. commercial real estate assets in the industrial, retail, office, and multifamily sectors.
