The former HumanKind/Zuni Presbyterian Homes campus in Zuni will be up for auction in September.
The campus, which includes more than 116 acres, has been on the market since the facility closed last year, according to the Isle of Wight Department of Economic Development.
The property at 5279 Homegrown Lane in Zuni includes about 50,000 square feet of building space.
It includes five buildings that were used for adult housing, a cafeteria/recreational hall and an administrative building.
The property also housed a processing and distribution facility for Zuni Gourmet Peanuts. In addition, it has an in-ground pool and a pond.
The auction will be held Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. Preview Dates are Aug. 23 and Aug. 30 from noon to 3 p.m.
Woltz & Associates Inc. is handling the auction.
