About three acres of land along Route 17 in Yorktown has sold for $2.1 million.
Richmond-based Rebkee Partners Yorktown bought the property from Riverside Healthcare Association Inc., according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Online land records with York County have not yet recorded the sale of the property. The parcels involved were most recently assessed at a combined $1.48 million, York County's planning department says.
Plans filed by Rebkee with York County’s planning department show a Wawa and a Valvoline on the site. The plans have been approved by York’s Board of Supervisors.
