Work is underway on MetroWest, a 24,000-square-foot, mixed-use development at 7121 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church.
According to Long & Foster’s Commercial Division, the project will consist of first-floor retail and second -floor office units.
Ron Glass, senior vice president of the division, represented the landowners in the sale to MetroWest LLC and also is representing the developer with the leasing of the retail units and the sale of the office condos.
MetroWest is located two blocks from the West Falls Church Metro Station. The project is expected to be complete in late 2014. More than 50 percent of the development is under contract.
